Our shuckers outfitted with their dedicated belt system will circulate amongst your guests shucking, dressing and serving this food of Kings . Ideal to accompany your guests’ welcome glass of fizz or wine. We will shuck and dress the oyster on the spot and serve to the ensemble, moving from group to group to provide everyone with the experience.

We source the finest oysters from France, Ireland, Scotland, Canada and the British Isles. We dress with homemade shallot vinaigrette, lemon juice, Tabasco, jalapeno/habanero mash or bespoke dressings. We will provide a theatrical and exciting service that will not be forgotten any time soon!

We can also provide a professional Oyster Bar & Champagne Bar for larger events and a platter service should you so wish. We also can host a combined ‘Oyster & Caviar Masterclass’; ideal for small groups and dinner parties.
