We are delighted to work under your remit at larger events. We are simply integrated within your schedule and can serve at virtually any location and to a timescale dictated by you; we are exceptionally professional in our service.

Because we serve only 2 products we are not viewed as competitors by other caterers and more importantly we require NO preparation space as we arrive ‘good to go’. We are fully insured, subscribe to HACCP and have worked at numerous hotels, commercial locations, restaurants and private residences.

Oysters and Caviar are a refreshing and sophisticated alternative or addition to conventional canapés and finger food. Also oysters are the perfect accompaniment to receptions drinks including champagne, beers, spirits and fine wines.

Our staff are very knowledgeable about our product, we can either impart interesting facts and anecdotes of the ‘bi-valve’ or remain impassive if the group are engaged in conversation; remember we are able to mingle amongst your guests, unlike a stationary oyster bar. Nearly half the bookings we are currently receiving are returning clients.
